Terms of use

For customers

• Give honest information about the work you need.
• Agree the price before the work starts. You pay the worker, not TrustLink.
• Only review work that was really done for you.
• TrustLink introduces people. The agreement for the work is between you and the worker.

For service providers

• Only offer work you can really do, and keep your prices honest.
• Use your own identity document. Sending someone else's documents closes your account.
• Answer customers politely and on time. Do not ask customers to leave TrustLink to avoid fees.
• You are responsible for your own licences, tax and insurance.

For provider subscriptions

• Plans are paid in advance by bank transfer, deposit or mobile wallet.
• Your plan starts when our team confirms your payment.
• When a plan ends you get five days of grace. After that your profile is restricted: you keep your history but cannot take new leads.
• Refund requests are considered according to applicable law and TrustLink Namibia's published Refund Policy. Contact TrustLink support if you believe a payment was made incorrectly. See the Refund Policy.
• Prices and plan benefits can change. We tell you before the change.

Kinds of work and what they cost

• You pay your plan each month, plus a monthly amount for every kind of work you offer. The amount for each kind of work is shown before you choose it.
• You may offer as many kinds of work as you can really do. Remove one at any time and it stops being charged on your next invoice.
• TrustLink sets and may change the amount for each kind of work. We tell you before a change.

Services you suggest

• Anyone may suggest a kind of work that is not on our list. Only an administrator decides whether it is added.
• If we add a service you suggested, that service category belongs to TrustLink Namibia. You do not own it, you have no rights over it, and you cannot claim it in any way.
• You cannot stop other providers from offering it, ask for it to be removed, ask for payment for it, or claim it as your idea or property.
• TrustLink may rename it, change its price, join it with another service, or remove it at any time.

Stopping an account

We can restrict or close an account that breaks these rules, is dishonest, or puts other people in danger. Your history is kept, not deleted.

Namibian law

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under applicable Namibian law.
