TrustLink Namibia is a place where people who need work done can find people who do that work. Plumbers, electricians, cleaners, builders, drivers and many more.

Why TrustLink exists

When a pipe leaks, the electricity trips, a car breaks down or a door will not lock, many people do not know a reliable person to call. This can be especially difficult for parents, elderly people, students, landlords and busy professionals.

The challenge is not only finding somebody who can do the work. It is having enough information to decide whom to trust before inviting someone into your home, business or vehicle.

What we do

• We help you search by service and town.
• We show provider profiles and verification status.
• We help you request and compare quotations.
• We let you communicate before choosing someone.
• We show reviews connected to completed jobs.
• We keep your phone number and address private until you choose someone.

For customers and service providers

Customers can search and request help free. Service providers can create profiles, list their skills and connect with people who need their services.

What we do not do

• We do not do the work ourselves.
• We do not take your payment for the job. You pay the worker directly.
• We are not an emergency service.

How we check people

Service providers can send us their identity document. When our team has seen it, their profile shows "ID checked". This tells you who the person is. It is not a promise about the quality of the work.
