The N$100 verification fee is paid once. Advanced business tools and paid visibility remain available only while the provider has at least one active paid service category.

Work that is not on our list

If you do work we do not list yet, you can suggest it. Our team checks every suggestion and decides.

If you suggest a service and we add it to TrustLink, the service category belongs to TrustLink Namibia. You do not own it. You cannot claim it, sell it, stop other providers from using it, or ask for it to be removed. Any provider may offer it. TrustLink may change its name, its price or remove it at any time.

Important things to know

  • Payment is by bank transfer, bank deposit or mobile wallet.
  • An administrator confirms every payment before anything starts.
  • A subscription does not guarantee that a provider will receive jobs.
  • Paid providers are not automatically “the best”. If we ever show sponsored placement, it will be clearly labelled “Sponsored”.
  • When one paid category expires, only that category is restricted after the five-day grace period. Your other categories and your history are kept.
