What we keep

• Your name, town, phone number and email.
• The jobs you post, the messages you send and the reviews you write.
• Documents you upload, such as an identity document or proof of payment.

Who can see it

• Your phone number and street address are hidden until you choose a worker.
• Identity documents and payment proofs are private. Only our admin team can open them.
• Your name, town, services and reviews are shown on your public profile if you are a provider.

Your choices

• You can change your details and how we contact you in Settings.
• You can ask us to close your account. We keep records of payments and complaints as the law requires.
